Job Description

Hiring quality individuals with active involvement, creativity and integrity, ensures TEPCON will continue to achieve its goals. We are actively seeking a qualified Facilities Electrician to join our team.
Primary Objective: Safe and timely performance of any electrical tasks; assisting Superintendent/Project Manager with any other tasks assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, organized service van
  • Restock materials in service van on a routine basis
  • Comply with current NEC Standards
  • Organize, plan and prioritize workload
  • Clear, concise communication with all parties involved with the construction project
  • Maintain daily logs, along with records of time and materials utilized on each project
  • Ability to perform job walks and assist with estimating and plan take offs
  • Utilization of company computer tracking software for attendance, timecard entry and change order tracking
  • Supervise and expedite material orders
  • Review plans, specifications and notes
  • Provide Supervisor with accurate start and completion timelines
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate well with others
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years journeyman electrician experience required
  • Experienced in working within occupied environments and high rise, or multi-tenant buildings
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred
  • Must have AZ Driver's License and clean MVR

Compensation:
Medical, Dental, Vision eligibility after 60 days
