Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing high-rise construction projects? Our client, a top construction general contractor in Tampa, FL, is seeking a driven leader to oversee complex high-rise developments, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
About Our Client:
Our client is a trusted name in the high-rise construction industry, known for delivering innovative and skyline-defining projects. With a commitment to precision, safety, and sustainability, they build urban spaces that shape modern cityscapes. They are expanding their operations in Tampa and need a Senior Project Manager to lead their high-rise projects with excellence.
Industry Overview:
High-rise stream involves managing complex vertical structures that require precise planning, safety protocols, and compliance with strict building codes. These projects demand expertise in logistics, materials management, and structural engineering. As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale high-rise developments, coordinating teams to ensure these iconic structures are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide project updates and address challenges.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale high-rise construction projects.
