Position Summary...The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Coach partners with associates, leaders, and key stakeholders to execute business priorities, achieve performance goals, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and expectations. Through effective leadership, communication, and decision-making, the Coach creates an inclusive, high-performing environment where associates are empowered to succeed and customers remain at the center of the business. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s
supervisory experience.

Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open
