Our organization fosters independence through high expectations and high grace, and we are committed to empowering youth with the skills and guidance necessary for a successful transition into adulthood.

About the Role:

The Driving Instructor is responsible for scheduling and providing driving instruction and assistance with obtaining a state drivers license to young adults that have qualified for the I am NEXT driving school program.

What you bring to this role:

- Bring your passion and expertise

- A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.

- Certified driving instructor credentials preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Minimum 3-5 years driving experience. Prior experience as a driving instructor or in a related field preferred.

- Must pass the Tennessee state permit test.

- Strong situational awareness and calm decision-making under pressure

- Strong reliability and consistency in attendance and scheduling

- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
