  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in upscale, scratch-kitchen environments
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire large kitchen teams under pressure
  • Expertise in classic techniques, modern plating, and seasonal sourcing
  • Strong operational acumen in food costing, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • ServSafe certified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary starting at $80,000+, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus potential
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid training
  • Complimentary meals and employee discounts
  • Opportunities for culinary growth and development

Why This Opportunity?

This is a rare chance to shape the culinary direction of one of Ohio’s most respected dining destinations. Your leadership will define the guest experience and elevate the careers of those you mentor.
