Job description

The Superintendent is responsible for the field operations including establishing the safety culture on the job site and working closely with the Project Manager to maintain the job schedule, cost and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. Client Details Florida General Contractor focused on commercial projects ground up and renovation. Hospitality Projects including, hotels and restaurants. Description Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients Create and maintain 3 week look ahead schedule Develop and maintain site logistics plan Conduct quality inspections Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings Will cover the tri-county area with a focus on trying to keep you local to where you live.
