Job description

This is an amazing opportunity to be in the start-up of The 4 Seasons Grill which opened on March 15th.  This is a 4 Star restaurant, bar and grill and comes with an all new look, vibe and menu!  Culinary Staff will be trained under the expert tutelage of Executive Chef Andre Jones.  Andre comes to us from High end corporate America and is and expert in the Culinary Arts.  Great opportunity to be involved in the high end restaurant, banquet, bar and golf industries!


JOB FUNCTION

Engage in planning and executing new and exciting menu options with Chef Andre

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)

We are willing to train individuals with limited experience
