Job description

To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system HiBob.

In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape.

Mission & Challenges
  • Ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics
  • Functional ownership of the HR system HiBob (configuration, optimization, data quality)
  • Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners
  • Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements
