  • Shifts: 3 shifts required every weekend (Friday-Monday)
  • Hours: 20+ hours per weekend

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing
  • Provide mobility assistance as directed by the care plan
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Transport clients to appointments when needed
  • Report any changes in client condition to the nurse case manager
Requirements:
  • Active Indiana HHA or CNA license
  • 1+ year of home health care experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Negative TB test and physical within the last 12 months
  • Ability to pass a drug test and motor vehicle background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
