JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Director of Sales and sales team with daily administrative tasks, including sales reports, billing, points calculations and other tasks as requested.
  • Coordinate group reservations, input rooming lists, and manage cut-off dates in accordance with brand and hotel policies.
  • Prepare and distribute group resumes and BEOs to internal departments to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Support the team in conducting site tours and presentations when needed.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts such as e-blasts, local outreach, social media and collateral creation.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and coordinate shipping for trade shows or client events.
  • Assist other departments as needed and any additional duties as requested

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of High School education,
  • Minimum of one (1) year in hotel or administrative assistant role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Understands cross team functions and ability to manage processes
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven and strategic thinking
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
