As a Direct Support Professional, you aren't a bystander-you are a mentor and an advocate. On a daily basis, you will:

The Essentials (Requirements & Qualifications)
We look for individuals who pair a "big heart" with operational excellence. To join our team, you must meet one of our educational/experience pathways alongside our core technical criteria:
Educational Track (Must meet one):
  • Track A: Bachelor's Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR
  • Track B: Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR
  • Track C: High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant life or work experience.
  • Plus Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Education or Tutoring is required.

Technical Skills & Compliance:
  • Tech Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
  • Communication: Strong public speaking, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
  • Clearances: Ability to successfully pass comprehensive Federal, State, and County background checks and a drug screen.
  • Mobility: A valid Driver's License, reliable personal transportation, and proper auto insurance coverage.
