DSP Delivery Driver – Weekly Pay!

$23.25/hour + Incentives — Full-Time

About the Role

Hermes Logistic Solutions LLC is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking enthusiastic, dependable team players to deliver packages in the Taunton area. Our drivers take pride in getting every order to the customer's door safely and on time.

Vehicle provided — this is a non-CDL position. Must be 21 or older.

Shifts run 8–10 hours per day, with availability 7 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate and drive a delivery van, following all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards
  • Use a handheld device to navigate routes, scan packages, and follow customer delivery instructions
  • Work confidently in all weather conditions — rain, snow, heat, or cold
  • Load and organize packages for an efficient daily route
  • Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses in a timely, professional manner
  • Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Maintain a strong pace while delivering with accuracy and great customer service
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and courteous interactions
  • Follow scheduled routes and adapt quickly to traffic, weather, or last-minute changes
