Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What Youll Do

As a BCBA with our herd, you will:

  • Conduct behavioral and skill assessments
  • Design individualized treatment plans that inspire growth
  • Analyze client progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Partner closely with families, schools, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary providers
  • Help create a positive, engaging environment where clients and staff thrive

What Were Looking For

Required

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
