  • Contribute to the development and improvement of people-related processes and initiatives.
  • Assist the Head of People with day-to-day work, ad-hoc requests, or projects across candidate and team member experience.
  • Help scale the People function by ensuring our systems, processes, and documentation are updated, accurate, and effective.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS
  • A proactive and highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.

  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong self-awareness, with the capacity to give and receive feedback constructively.
WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Some experience working in an HR or People-related role is a plus.
  • Recruiting experience is an extra plus!
  • Must be able to work in our Detroit office at least 2 days each week. May be required to be in more frequently from time to time.
