We are seeking a Software Quality Analyst who will be responsible for defining, reviewing, and executing test cases and defect creation and tracking them through to resolution. Are you ready to eimagine better and partner with our clients to create business value through IT solutions?
Description of Duties:
  • Collaborates closely with software engineers and business analysts to comprehend the functional and technical design aspects of applications.
  • Collaborates with external non-eimagine team members as required to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assists in creating test cases, test scripts including mapping requirements to unit, integration, and system tests.
  • Conducts thorough reviews of user interfaces to ensure conformity and optimal functionality.
  • Performs test case executions within designated functional areas of the project.
  • Investigates reported issues by reproducing them and conducting thorough bug investigations.
  • Identifies, isolates, documents, and meticulously tracks bugs until resolution is achieved.
  • Ensures the maintenance of exceptional quality standards for all projects delivered to customers.
  • Executes test plans for eimagine projects and customer deliverables.
  • Uses project management tools and processes to record and track executed test scripts.
  • Identifies and report bugs, defects, and other software issues, including investigation and triage.
  • Provides input on user stories' acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and the development team.
  • Acts as liaison to the Project Manager (PM), QA Director, QA Manager and People Solutions for any personnel or project issues.
  • Contributes to improvement initiatives and growth of our quality assurance practices and delivery team.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ Years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery, testing, or software maintenance/support
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
  • 1 ISTQB Foundation Level Certification preferred
  • Experience with regression, load, unit, and system testing is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver project requirements
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills along with basic project management abilities

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.
