Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...As a Staff Data Scientist, you will help design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms.
Your mission is to build production grade software that solves complex business and technical problems in the growth tech space.  You will focus on developing real world solutions using agentic coding tools and frameworks.
About the team
Our team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation. We build platforms that enable intelligent automation at scale, ranging from agent orchestration to customer-facing AI systems.
We emphasize iteration speed, practical impact, and systems that learn from usage. The work often involves ambiguous problem spaces where we define patterns as we build them.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with business, product and engineering teams to deeply understand the problem.
  • Rapid prototype, design, implement, test, evaluate, deploy and improve software solutions that solves complex business and technical problems.
  • Use agentic coding tools, frameworks and techniques such as MCP, A2A, ADK, and frameworks to accelerate how solutions are developed, tested, and iterated.
  • Develop agent evaluation frameworks (offline + online) to measure quality, reliability, and system behavior.
  • Improve outcomes through feedback-driven workflows using real-world signals
  • Develop multi-agent workflows with coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence and build observability, debugging, and traceability in AI-driven systems.
  • Contribute to shaping practices for AI-native application development.
  • Training the rest of the organization on AI-native application development.
