Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring production equipment to manufacture high-quality metal components in alignment with customer specifications and production schedules. This role supports production goals by maintaining workflow continuity during day shift hours, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
This position is a hands-on role that works closely with the entire production team and must have strong commitment to safe manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
  • Maintain production pace to meet or exceed nightly output targets while minimizing scrap and rework.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
