POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an Engraver to join our manufacturing team. The Engraver should have a steady work history that demonstrates commitment, quality, and reliability. You will report promptly to your team leader for your daily duties and work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in all engraving work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up, operate, and adjust engraving machines and related equipment to produce accurate, high-quality parts and labels.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow drawings, work orders, and engraving specifications provided by the team leader.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and engraving instructions, making minor adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure all engraved parts meet required specifications for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards at all times.
  • Promote a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience operating engraving equipment or similar precision manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, shifts, or weekends as needed to support production demands.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
  • This position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Work is performed in a production environment where safety gear (gloves, eye protection, steel-toed footwear, etc.) is required.
