Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday–Friday
Contract: 1 year

  • Accurately measure materials in grams using digital scales
  • Mix materials and compounds to specified weights
  • Fill multiple molds to precise container amounts
  • Operate presses and ensure specified pressure is held for required time
  • Inspect materials to meet strict diameter and length specifications
  • Train and instruct others as needed
  • Ensure quality of personal work and inspect peer work
  • Perform cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, general housekeeping, and 5S activities
  • Conduct simple preventative maintenance, including topping off fluids
  • Work safely and responsibly by adhering to all safety/environmental policies and procedures

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of orthopedic product manufacturing experience required

  • Ability to apply math principles (addition, multiplication, division, subtraction) and use measuring instruments
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and apply technical procedures and documentation
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods (potentially the majority of the shift)
  • Walk and move around the manufacturing floor
  • Lift and carry materials or parts (up to 50 lbs)
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching
