Helper Machine Operator Jobs in San Pierre, IN (NOW HIRING)

This position involves operating machines specifically for rollers. The role requires physical strength for lifting tasks and independent work in a small cell team environment.

• Lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Load material into the machine efficiently.
• Operate the machine to produce rollers.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure precision.
• Work independently in a team of 2-4 people.
• Meet production goals of 140 rollers per hour.

• At least 1 year of experience in machine operating.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experience in assembly and general production.

• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Experience with shear or press brake equipment is beneficial.

This role is on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The position offers a structured work schedule and is part of a recently expanded facility.

This is a Contract position based out of La Porte, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
