Customer Service Project Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
As a member of the Gilson Customer Service department, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring work is organized and scheduled, and that communication within and between departments, sales staff, and customers is handled on a daily basis.
SUPERVISOR
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer service
  • Inventory and fulfillment management
  • Be the expert of assigned customers and internal projects
  • Order entry
  • Work with operations team to manage job schedules
  • Direct the purchasing of materials
  • Data management
  • Website administration
  • Packaging strategy pre-planning
  • Workflow management
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Perform duties consistent with the company’s goals and policies

REQUIREMENTS
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to fulfill each role and perform each responsibility listed above. The following qualifications are representative of the education and training, experience, knowledge, and skills required.
Education and Training
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities preferred
Experience
  • Knowledge of offset and digital printing and mechanical finishing operations
  • Fulfillment management, packaging strategy, mailing, and large format experience
  • Customer-facing communication
  • Deadline management
  • Data management
