Staffing Coordinator - Evansville, IN (47710)
Join a fast-growing commercial cleaning company that proudly supports office buildings, banks, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and schools across the Evansville region. We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and ready to help build strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Applicant Outreach - Make initial contact with job applicants and schedule next-step conversations.
  • Phone Screenings - Conduct structured phone interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Job Site Knowledge - Learn all active job sites and provide applicants with accurate role descriptions and expectations.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with new-hire setup and employee offboarding processes.
  • Document Management - Upload onboarding forms, training records, termination paperwork, and other required documentation.
  • Daily Team Meeting - Attend the 4:00 PM meeting and share updates on weekly hiring metrics.
  • Weekly Reporting - Prepare and submit reports covering new hires, terminations, referrals, and applicant communication.
  • Payroll Coordination - Work with payroll to remove inactive employees from tracking systems.
