Roles & Responsibilities:

The Glazier / Installer Helper position is the primary product fulfillment position in the company. Glaziers / Installers are charged with delivering the customer experience in the home as part of the final fulfillment (installation) process. Willing to train.
  • Thoroughly inspect job materials, ensuring the product(s) are the correct size & style, and that there is no obvious product damage or flaws on product(s) required to complete job(s)
  • Load required job materials to installation vehicle(s), including redundant materials, tools, job folder/paperwork, safety equipment etc...
  • Help installer Install all products and services included in the work order.
  • Learn to cut glass in the shop.
  • Take care of the customer's home/business, ensuring we leave it cleaner than when we found it... use booties, etc...
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
  • Clean the shop as needed.
  • Run Errands
  • Must not be scared of heights.
  • Help clean out company vehicles.
  • Other duties required as needed.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

  • All candidates must pass initial background check. Valid license to drive.
  • Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 50-100lbs. unassisted
