Job Description

This individual is responsible for supporting various loan originations systems.
Essential Functions
Ensure accuracy while meeting the established service level agreements and benchmarks
Ensure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data points
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established time frame
Collaborate with key strategic partners as needed (i.e. Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)
Provide support for system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges that arise
Lead any acquisition activities as needed
Remain current on relevant system enhancements and updates
Maintain updates to department procedures and user guides
Serve as back-up in the absence of the department manager
Participate in a leading role on behalf of department in bank-wide projects
Participate in department talent recruiting efforts and interviewing process
Design, develop and facilitate department training
Additional Essential Functions
Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
Work as part of a team
Work with on-site equipment
Additional Responsibilities
Remain current on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance and attend webinars/trainings covering regulatory and compliance issues
Support department manager in addressing audit related questions or findings
Support the departments disaster recovery testing efforts as needed
Safety and Health for those without supervisory duties
Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention program
Perform work tasks in a safe manner
Report any and all injuries to supervisor
Know what to do in case of an emergency
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Finance
Work Experience
6 - 8 years Banking experience in the area of lending
6 - 8 years Customer Service experience
Experience as a System Administrator for Abrigo, Moody's Creditlens, or LaserPro
General Employee Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions
Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written
Ability to actively listen to what others are saying to achieve understanding, sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information
Ability to establish courses of action for self to accomplish specific goals, develop and use tracking systems for monitoring own work progress, and effectively use resources such as time and information
