About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented lending professional with a passion for optimizing technology? Cinfed Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Systems Administrator to bridge the gap between our consumer lending operations and our technology platform. In this vital role, you will take ownership of our Loan Origination System (LOS - MeridianLink) while actively supporting our members through the full loan and credit card lifecycle.

What You Will Do
  • Own the Loan Origination System (LOS): Manage system access for personnel, handle document administration, build new products/reports, and suggest critical improvements to ensure MeridianLink runs flawlessly.
  • Vendor Relationship and Systems management: Establish and maintain systems and programs provided by all vendors associated with the Consumer Lending Department.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on a wide variety of systems and programs.
  • Reporting: Assist multiple departments across the credit union by creating and distributing various production/performance reports.
  • Manage the Full Loan Lifecycle: Coordinate efficient closings, disburse funds, process direct and indirect loan fundings, manage dealer relations, and assist with titles and auto insurance verifications.
  • Deliver Exceptional Member Service: Answer complex account inquiries, open/close accounts, solve problems, and cross-sell ancillary products (such as GAP, Mechanical Breakdown Protection, and credit life/disability insurance).
  • Maintain Compliance amp; Standards: Ensure all operations strictly align with Credit Union policies, legal regulatory standards, and BSA/AML requirements. Provide necessary documentation/reports for completion of both internal and external audits.
  • What You Bring (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience, ideally within a full-service financial institution.
  • Lending Background: Proven experience in consumer lending practices, loan documentation, and standard regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Savvy: Direct familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (experience with MeridianLink is highly preferred).
  • Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of regulations relating to all Credit Union deposit products (Reg E, Reg CC, Reg D, Truth-In-Savings Act); excellent communication skills; detail-oriented and efficient problem solving ability.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent; additional related coursework or certifications are a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work occasional evenings and 1 scheduled Saturday per month as required to serve our members.
