The Role Seeking a hands-on, professional Captain to run a smooth private program with light charter. The right candidate will also be comfortable helping grow charter activity, as the owners are open to expanding.

Responsibilities include maintaining the vessel to a high standard, overseeing guest experience, handling itineraries, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Candidate Profile

100 ton license

Strong experience in South Florida and Bahamas cruising grounds

Charter experience preferred Professional, organized, and owner-friendly
