Job description

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality work? We're looking for a detail-oriented NASCAR Next Gen Service Technician to help ensure our customers receive exceptional support and service.

You'll be an important part of our service team, inspecting, documenting, cleaning, and restoring products while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect. If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Receive customer products returned for service and evaluation.
  • Carefully inspect incoming products, documenting condition through photographs and notes.
  • Verify product information, including serial numbers, tags, and other details.
  • Disassemble products following approved procedures and quality standards.
  • Clean products and components.
  • Accurately document service activities using company software and systems.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review and document information accurately.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on work throughout the workday.
  • For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
