We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Driver Helper who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Driver Helpers must be able to perform all required tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities and duties:
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers.
  • Support the driver in setting up, maintaining, and managing donation sites for collections.
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers
  • Assist with residential special routes, including garage sale, estate sale, and fundraiser drive pick-ups
  • Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals.
  • Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.
  • Keep donation sites and routes clean, organized, and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications:
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and working in various weather conditions
  • Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs and in and out of a truck frequently

Education and Experience:
  • High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experience
