Job description

Precision of New Hampton is looking for a hardworking, hands-on problem solver who loves figuring out how things work and isn’t afraid to tackle any challenge. If you’re the type of person who fixes things around your house or on your vehicle instead of calling for help — and you don’t take “no” for an answer until the job is done — we want to talk to you.

This is a great opportunity for a versatile, mechanically inclined individual who has always wanted to be a part of an Industrial Maintenance Team, however thought you had to go to college to get there. Well, this is exactly just for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and facility issues
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects
  • Work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and natural curiosity (“why and how” mindset)
  • Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs. on a regular basis
  • Reliable, persistent, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Previous maintenance, repair, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Hourly Wage
  • Bonus Structure
  • 401(k) Profit Share
  • Company Paid Healthcare
  • Paid Time Off
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that values hard work

If you’re a motivated, get-it-done type of person who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a great team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
