Perricone Farms is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Beaumont facility, to help lead and advance our operations. This position offers long-term stability and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.


Pay Rate: $68,640 - $72,000 annually

Shift / Hours: (2nd Shift) Mon – Saturday @ 11pm to 7:30am

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production and packaging departments. This role is critical to ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will coordinate and lead manufacturing activities, supervise production technicians, and execute daily production and packaging plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee daily production and packaging plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
  • Establish priorities and sequence of operations to ensure product quality and timely output.
  • Coordinate and supervise all manufacturing activities during assigned shift, including troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Monitor and review production and packaging reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Provide clear direction, support, and performance feedback to subordinate technicians.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability on the production floor.
