Tier-2 Help Desk Support (Field IT)

✈️ Travel: Up to 20% to regional field offices

About the Role

We're seeking a Tier-2 Help Desk Support professional to provide desktop, application, and end-user IT support across office and field locations. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, printers, and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop, laptop, application, and remote IT support
  • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, mobile devices, and network issues
  • Perform computer imaging, software installation, and hardware maintenance
  • Manage IT assets and support technology refresh initiatives
  • Resolve Service Desk tickets and coordinate with internal IT teams
  • Ensure compliance with IT processes, standards, and security policies
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with 3-5 years of IT support experience or Bachelor's degree in IT
