Job Description

Every Word Code is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will represent the company professionally and help maintain a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
