Job Description
Global Data Systems, a
successful growing technology/telecommunications company, is currently seeking
helpdesk support personnel that have good communication skills and experience in
network troubleshooting in the Lafayette area.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide superior customer service and basic level
technical contributions to internal and external incidents. Demonstrate and
maintain basic knowledge and certification across at least one technology. Work
independently, as well as, with other engineers and support vendors to diagnose
problems and bring about successful resolution within designated Service Level
Agreements (SLA's). Candidates should have CCNA and/or equivalent experience; MS
Exchange experience is a plus.
