About the Role
If you have a knowledge and passion for plants, love to learn and continuously improve, and enjoy the sales experience and working with others, then we would love for you to join our team. We are seeking Sales Help Desk Craftsmen for our beautiful Dayton, Oregon nursery. As a Sales Help Desk Craftsman, you will collaborate with the Outside & Inside Sales Craftsmen to assist with administrative and data entry projects.
What You'll Do
  • You'll process orders, retail pricing and credits.
  • You'll obtain Purchase Order confirmations.
  • You'll communicate with the sales team on tasks assigned.
  • You'll continue to learn about industry trends and the plants we grow.
  • You'll help with event support and other tasks as needed.
  • You'll support our company values in the way you communicate with customers and your fellow craftsmen.

Who You Are
  • Ideally you have at least 2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
  • You are able to learn and utilize technology.
  • You are good at planning, executing, and meeting goals.
  • You are open to feedback, communicate well and take action as required.
  • You have good math and computer skills and are proficient in Excel.
  • You are able to work Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm; and Saturdays from 7:30am to 2:30pm on occasion during our busy spring season.
  • You have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record so you can drive around the nursery as needed.
  • You're able to maneuver around the office and nursery, work on a computer and with a telephone, and can lift up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
