Position Overview: The City of Neenah is seeking a Help Desk / Computer Technician to provide technical support for City systems and applications; configure and support computer hardware and software; work with user departments to configure and troubleshoot software and hardware. The work is performed under the direction of the Information Systems Director.

Responsibilities Provides technical support across departments; escalates issues as needed Installs, configures, and maintains end-user hardware and software Manages inventory of devices, cables, and technology supplies Develops knowledge base articles and end-user training materials Assists with user accounts, environments, and network security access Supports VoIP systems and mobile device management Assists with staff training on applications and cybersecurity practices Supports security tools, monitoring, and issue resolution Assists with network connectivity, infrastructure, and troubleshooting (wired, fiber, wireless) Cross-trains with team members to ensure coverage Documents procedures and trains users on systems and processes Maintains technical knowledge through ongoing training Available for after-hours support and adheres to attendance expectations Locate the Job Description for further detail at: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/neenahwi/classspecs Requirements Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field 2 years professional information systems experience preferred Valid Driver's License Wage/Hours Full Pay Range: $25.95 -$37.09 with an expected hiring range of $25.95-$31.02 ($50,602.50-$60,489.00) depending on qualifications.
