Great entry level IT opportunity for the right person!What you will do: Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely manner. Assist with hardware installations and software implementations. Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. What you will bring: Associate degree in computer-related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). Current IT certifications (i.e., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred. Experience in a networking environment. Ability to assess issues and determine priority. Ability to learn new applications quickly. Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Citrix and Virtual Environments preferred.
