About Us
PH Financial Services is a family-owned management company based in St. Louis, overseeing three distinct brands — FLEX Payment Solutions (a fintech company serving specialized industries), Blue Frog Loans (an online consumer lending platform), and our network of storefront lending brands operating across multiple states.
We’re looking for a hands-on Help Desk Specialist who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping people get the support they need. As a first point of contact for IT, you’ll assist internal and external business customers with technical questions, troubleshoot system and service issues, manage support requests, and coordinate with vendors or other teams when escalation is needed. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, thinks creatively, and values being part of a growing family business.
Position Overview:
Assist internal and external business customers with telephone, e-mail, or trouble ticket inquiries to resolve or escalate IT systems issues and problems. As the first point of access for IT, this role provides support and incident management for IT and/or vendor systems and service requests.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provided first-level technical support on basic operational or maintenance of company computers and/or peripherals using documented procedures and tools.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system.
  • Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating with relevant business units.
  • Maintain and support company computers, phones, network equipment and common applications.
  • Support and maintain user accounts including rights, permissions and systems groups.
  • Knowledge of change management processes and risk management processes.
  • Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate individual.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or comparable work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft operating systems.
  • 1+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Reliable transportation.
