Job description

Seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist primarily supporting inbound loan and customer care call queues, assisting customers with HELOC inquiries, consumer lending solutions, account servicing, and general banking questions. Must have a strong knowledge of mortgage, HELOC, and consumer lending products.


Location: Onsite Little Rock Arkansas

Pay: $22.50

Start: September 2026

Schedule:

  • Must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST on Saturdays.
  • Future rotating Saturday schedule may be required.
  • 4 Week Training

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound loan and customer care calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with HELOC and consumer loan inquiries, identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Collect and enter application information for submission to underwriting.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding bank products, services, accounts, and online banking.
  • Process customer requests including account maintenance, balance inquiries, transfers, stop payments, and address changes.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating or routing issues when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Meet established performance, quality, and service goals.
  • Remain current on bank products, policies, procedures, and system updates through ongoing training.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, compliance requirements, and attendance standards.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage or HELOC experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Lending experience strongly preferred.
  • Eligibility to obtain an NMLS license (company-paid).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
