A healthcare company has an opening for a detail-oriented professional to support a team responsible for reviewing medical records, processing documentation, and supporting healthcare quality initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in HEDIS, chart review, medical records, quality reporting, or health information management who enjoy high-volume, detail-focused work in a remote environment.
Important: Prior experience with HEDIS measures and medical terminology is required. Candidates with experience in any of the following roles are encouraged to apply:

-Support healthcare quality reporting and care gap initiatives
-Communicate with the Quality Reporting team regarding documentation and processing

Requirements:

-Residency in North Carolina or South Carolina
-At least 1 year of experience working with HEDIS measures, care gaps, quality reporting, chart abstraction, chart review, or medical record review
-Working knowledge of medical terminology (ICD-10, CPT) required
-Previous experience with medical records, health information management, or healthcare data processing
-Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
-Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
-Experience managing PDF documents and electronic files
-Excellent typing accuracy and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and manage a weekly workload with minimal supervision
