Job description

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Sr. Analytic Developer to support the exciting Analytic Solutions mission. The developer will partner with analysts, mission stakeholders, and fellow developers to create and evolve analytic capabilities that help identify targets, behaviors, and emerging discovery opportunities. This role combines hands-on software development with rapid prototyping, analytic tradecraft, cloud integration, and close collaboration with mission users. The developer will evaluate existing analytics, develop new approaches, and integrate complementary techniques to deliver capabilities greater than any individual analytic alone.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mission Focus
  • Develop, enhance, and deploy software supporting target discovery and mission analytics.
  • Work directly with analysts and customer stakeholders to understand analytic needs, capture tradecraft, and transform manual techniques into automated analytics and repeatable workflows.
  • Build prototypes, evaluate existing analytic capabilities for applicability and performance, and integrate complementary techniques to improve discovery outcomes.
  • Respond to evolving mission priorities and world events by rapidly adapting and delivering analytic solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Develop, enhance, and deploy software supporting target discovery and mission analytics.
  • Work directly with analysts and customer stakeholders to understand analytic needs, capture tradecraft, and transform manual techniques into automated analytics and repeatable workflows.
  • Build prototypes, evaluate existing analytic capabilities for applicability and performance, and integrate complementary techniques to improve discovery outcomes.
  • Respond to evolving mission priorities and world events by rapidly adapting and delivering analytic solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise developing production software in Java, with experience designing, testing, debugging, integrating, and maintaining complex software applications.
  • Experience translating mission or user needs into technical solutions and collaborating with analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories. Experience with Maven, Query Time Analytics, and JavaScript. Knowledge of DataXplorer and experience working with geolocation data.

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
