Renown Hedge Fund with global reach is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Executive! We are looking for an individual with finance experience that is a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box.

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management
  • Handle logistics for all meetings and events
  • Extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Edit and create documents and presentations
  • Prepare PowerPoint and Excel documents for Board meetings
  • Special projects as required

Executive Assistant Job Requirements :

  • Must have minimum of 5 years administrative experience, financial services experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
