Hedge Fund Intern Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Your role
Interested in alternative investments, but not sure where to start? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within our Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) group which focuses on managing, structuring, and onboarding alternative investments like hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real estate.
As a UGA Intern, you'll help us review fund documents, prepare due diligence reports, and analyze private market structures. Working alongside experienced platform officers and product managers, you'll:
• support the team's initial due diligence of prospective alternative investment managers by conducting research, reviewing fund materials, participating in meetings and due diligence calls with General Partners, and assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports and investment committee materials
• assist with the ongoing monitoring of approved managers and funds by reviewing portfolio updates, tracking key developments, and summarizing takeaways from manager meetings and reporting
• help manage the team's pipeline of prospective and approved investment funds by maintaining due diligence materials, tracking key milestones and deliverables, monitoring fund performance data, and ensuring investment information is current and readily available for ongoing reviews
• work closely with colleagues across Investment Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Product Development, Legal, and Compliance to support platform initiatives and the ongoing management of the Alternative Investments platform

Your team
You'll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.
Your expertise
We're looking for someone who:
• is graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above
• is pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics or a related field. Exposure to financial services is a plus, not a requirement
• demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and ability to meet tight deadlines
• strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, as well as very strong verbal and written communications skills
• ability to deal with changing circumstances and drive to finish short turn-around projects
• are familiar with fund-of-one structures, fund terms, managed accounts, and co-investment structures
• are a hard-working self-starter able to manage your own workflow
• a strong interest in innovation and desire to leverage ever evolving technological tools (including AI) to create better outcomes for our clients
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program
During your 10-week paid internship, you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 52.88 /hour.
