Coordinator

Exceptional Opportunity / Top Tier Hedge Fund, NYC


Technology-focused investment firm with global offices are looking for a Coordinator to join the team. We focus on investments in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors and manage $50+ billion in assets on behalf of individuals, nonprofit organizations and institutional investors. We hire candidates out of top schools, to support our executives. This is a growth opportunity for a sharp, ambitious and exacting candidate.


POSITION / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This person will support a number of investment professionals in our New York City office. Responsibilities include:

  1. Calendar management
  2. Coordinating complex travel arrangements
  3. Phone coverage, correspondence and updating contacts
  4. General administrative support
  5. Liaise with sell-side on behalf of investment professionals
  6. Ad hoc projects


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. BA/BS in Business or Liberal Arts from a top university with a history of academic achievement
  2. 0-3+ years of post-collegiate work experience
  3. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  4. Meticulous attention to detail
  5. Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic work environment
  6. Team player
  7. Advanced ability in Microsoft Office products


Compensation: $85k-95k base range plus generous benefits package.
