Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy-duty wrecker vehicles to tow and recover a variety of vehicles and equipment
  • Perform towing and recovery operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients and the public
  • Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of towing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Adhere to all company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective service
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • DOT compliant, including passing drug and alcohol tests and holding a valid medical card
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a heavy-duty wrecker; candidates with significant medium-duty wrecker experience may be considered
  • Good driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
