Job description

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will report to the Service Manager and will act as the primary liaison between customers and the department to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively communicate about all maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer service skills, ability to listen to customer concerns and document requested services accurately.
  • Schedule service appointments related to repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Upsell by suggesting service or maintenance upcoming.
  • Communicate with Vendors in a professional manner.
  • Communicate with technicians related to repairs and timelines of completion.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in related field.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well with others as a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Computer skills, proficiency in Keystone, DIS (a plus), Word, Excel and general multi phone lines.
