Position Overview

Full-time, steady hours
Competitive Hourly Rate + overtime
Overtime available
Work on skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment
Mix of shop work and field service
Consistent year-round workload

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on construction equipment
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
Troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly
Prepare equipment so it is job-site ready and reliable
Work with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications

Experience as a mechanic or service technician
Background working on construction, rental, or industrial equipment preferred
Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components
