Claiborne Hauling, LLC โ€“ Knoxville, TN

Claiborne Hauling is now hiring Heavy Equipment Operators and Laborers to join our growing construction and grading team. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment supporting heavy civil, excavation, grading, and quarry operations.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (Operators)
  • Assist crews with grading, excavation, site preparation, and general construction duties
  • Perform general labor including shoveling, cleanup, material handling, and job site support
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and site requirements
  • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
Equipment May Include:
  • Excavators
  • Dozers
  • Loaders
  • Rollers
  • Skid steers
Qualifications:
  • Previous heavy equipment, construction, grading, quarry, or labor experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and safety mindset required
  • Valid driverโ€™s license preferred
  • CDL is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
