About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is afull-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. If you're a licensed tech who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and earning great money for your skillset, we want to hear from you.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role starts at $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
