About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work homeowners can depend on for years to come. What You'll Do

  • Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
  • Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high-quality installs
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes

What We're Looking For

  • Active Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 — any one)
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
