About the Role:
Our Firm is seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and understand the complexity of the Workers Compensation arena. 

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE APPEARING AT TH WCAB AND HANDLING HEARINGS.
Responsibilities:
  • Appear at WCAB hearings well prepared to address all issues at hand. 
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients as needed.
  • Completing PTCS. 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a legal or hearing representative role is required.
  • Strong understanding of Workers Comp law and WCAB hearing procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
