Role Description The Healthcare Provider at Healthy Roots Pediatrics delivers comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including routine wellness visits, acute care, and follow-up appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing physical exams, assessing symptoms, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, creating treatment plans, and providing age-appropriate guidance on growth, development, nutrition, and safety. The provider communicates clearly with families and caregivers, documents visits accurately in the medical record, coordinates care with other healthcare professionals, and supports practice protocols and quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester, CT, requiring consistent availability during scheduled clinic hours and participation in occasional extended or weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications
