• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients’ unique mental health challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and engage clients in tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based modalities that resonate with clients’ needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing a nurturing space that encourages self-exploration and healing.
• Implement teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or face challenges in attending in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility to our services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes to meet ethical and regulatory requirements, fostering accountability and transparency in treatment.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay abreast of best practices and emerging therapeutic approaches.

You will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on creating a therapeutic alliance that instills hope and promotes resilience in clients from all walks of life. By understanding their individual stories and cultural backgrounds, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A current and valid license in one of the following disciplines: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship.
• Empathy and compassion are essential, along with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and thorough documentation.

• Experience in a remote therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care) that cater to our client's diverse needs.
• A history of collaborative efforts within multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care outcomes.
