• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to customized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based practices, ensuring that the interventions align with clients' preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions for accessibility reasons.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation to adhere to ethical practices and regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to stay abreast of new therapeutic techniques and best practices.

At New Life Recovery & Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, requiring tailored interventions that reflect their unique experiences and backgrounds. • A current and valid mental health license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is necessary; though, preference will be given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, aimed at establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic environment for your clients.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance in therapeutic settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable you to effectively manage your caseload and meet administrative demands.

• Experience providing telehealth services, preferably in a private practice setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• A history of actively participating in professional development opportunities and pursuing continuing education.

• Attractive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
